Our Client a leading London College are urgently seeking to recruit ASAP
£18 – £20 per  hour
East London

Professional Qualifications:
•Electrical installation Level 3 and 17th Edition qualify

Specialist Knowledge:
•Electrical installation (essential) one/two other trades (desirable)
Teaching Level / Class details
•Levels 1 – 3

Vacancy details:
•Take responsibility for group and individual instruction and the supervision
of students in the learning environment
•Maintain and update knowledge and skills
•Contribute to the assessment of learners and students as required
•Perform practical demonstrations including the use of equipment
•Assist in the development and construction of teaching aids and learning
materials
•Assist in the preparation, organisation and administration of learning and
resource areas
•Have nominated responsibility for the supervision, and maintenance of
specified areas
•Issue consumables, tools and stock to staff and students in accordance
with faculty/divisional policy
•Catalogue, file and organise relevant stock and learning resources and
keep clean, safe and prepare work areas for learning
•Assist in the supervision of resource areas including reception duties the
booking of equipment, completing documentation and monitoring use of
resources
•Respond to queries from customers using the resource areas and/or other
areas as necessary
•Assist, as required, in the procurement, purchase and receipt of
consumables and equipment
•Install, modify, repair, update and maintain, as necessary, client
equipment and facilities
•Work as part of a course team to plan and facilitate the development of
the clients resources
•Assist and participate in staff development programmes

You MUST have an enhanced DBS within 12 months or on the update service in order to be considered
