Our client, an established engineering company in Mirfield, are seeking to appoint an assistant to the sales officer administrator on a permanent, full time basis.
Hours of work:
8am-5pm, Mon-Thurs and 8am-4pm on Friday
- Work alongside the Sales Office Administrator to provide telephone sales support
- Process sales orders and sales documentation
- Liaise both internally and externally with customer’s enquiries.
The idea candididate should have:
- Experience with standard Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- An excellent telephone manner
- Be able to work using their own initiative
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of SAGE (desirable)
Information regarding any additional duties etc. over and above those listed would be covered in a final interview.
Holiday entitlement is 23 days per year with 3 days allocated to Christmas
Pension – government auto-enrol Nest scheme
One hour for lunch per day
